GREAT job sending out there orders.You always get what you order. Dec Trader who sent the HP Q5582A Two-sided printing accessory (duplexer) to me came with out the users guide. I e-mailed them and they never sent me the guide. The tec did not know how or where to find it. I knew what needed done but not sure how to do it.
